  • Capacity has been reduced to guarantee a safe visit. Please, choose a day and a time for you visit.

  • You are not allowed to visit with bags larger than 35 cm x 35 cm or non-folding umbrellas.
Access to the exhibition with baby strollers is not allowed. Instead, you can carry child carrier backpacks. There is a baby stroller parking available to visitors.
Do you want to buy a souvenir to take home? At the end of the exhibition there is a special store, with a wide variety of products.
The visit of the exhibition lasts approximately one hour and a half. Please always check the opening and closing times of the exhibition before planning your visit.

Access to the exhibition with baby strollers or baby seats is not allowed. These can be deposited in the cloakroom without extra cost whenever necessary. Porting backpacks if allowed.
Due to health safety regulations, the cloakroom is unavailable. It is not allowed to enter the exhibition with food, drink, baby strollers, large backpacks, suitcases, motorcycle helmets, bicycles, skateboards, or any other wheeled means of transport. Child carrier backpacks are allowed.
The exhibition is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and the use of wheelchairs.
It is allowed to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. Make sure you remove the flash, it can disturb other visitors. It is forbidden to use tripods, monopods and sticks selfies within the exhibition.
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 am. – 20:00 h. Closed Monday except holidays and holiday periods. Check the calendar for more information. Last entry: 1 hour and a half before closing.
To ensure a pleasant visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organized in half-hour passes or slots. It is necessary to select a certain time and day when buying tickets and organize the visit. Once the exhibition is accessed, the visitor can stay inside for so long. The average time of the visit is 1 hour and a half.
In that case, we will try to let you enter the next pass, always subject to availability of capacity. We recommend that you arrive on time. We can not guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated in the entry, when the capacity is complete.
